# Data Policy

This Data Policy complements our [Privacy Policy](https://webnativeapp.com/privacy) with more detail on how data flows through the WebNativeApp platform.

## 1. Data categories

We process account data, project configuration data (website URL, app metadata, chosen native plugins), billing data, and operational logs needed to run and debug builds.

## 2. Where data is stored

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers, listed on our [Subprocessors](https://webnativeapp.com/subprocessors) page, using region settings appropriate to the provider's offering.

## 3. Data minimization

We collect only the data needed to build and support your app. We do not require access to your website's user database, and we do not scrape or store your end users' data beyond what is technically necessary to fetch and package your public site.

## 4. Retention and deletion

Project and account data is kept while your account is active. You can request deletion by contacting [privacy@webnativeapp.com](mailto:privacy@webnativeapp.com); we will remove data within a reasonable period, subject to legal or billing record requirements.

## 5. International transfers

Where data is transferred across borders by our providers, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses, consistent with our [Data Protection Agreement](https://webnativeapp.com/dpa).
